What this site collects
Launch-list signups are currently paused. Previously collected signup information is retained under the choices below. The message panel asks for your name, email, optional phone and question, with your consent. Chat messages are saved on the server to keep the conversation and include it when you choose to email Kevin. Basic request and security logs may include your IP address.
Where it goes
General enquiries are saved before an email copy is sent to my business inbox, hosted by Zoho. Educational chat may send screened conversation text and relevant published guide excerpts to the same Google Gemini service used by VibeCMD. Do not include private financial information. No advertising profiles are created from your questions, and I do not sell your information.
A little care with what you share
Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account details, tax returns, income documents or loan applications. The widget rejects messages it identifies as sensitive before saving or sending their text to the AI or email service. Automatic screening cannot identify every kind of private information, so keep questions general.
Your choices
Contact me at (408) 406-7900 or through Email Kevin in the panel to ask about your information, request deletion, or leave the launch list. I keep enquiries only as needed to respond and manage the launch, subject to any required records. This site does not accept mortgage applications or documents.
Browser storage and links
The chat panel keeps its conversation reference in memory while the page is open. External services have their own privacy terms. The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp only when you choose it. No automated WhatsApp messages are sent.
